I drew this mask in Procreate on my iPad and then traced it to vector. I use the free Silhouette Studio from Silhouette America. So it cannot even maintain the vector or convert back to vector when you open it in Photo to warp. I sent to Photo so that I could Mesh Warp as the Mesh Warp is not in Designer, but when I went BACK to Designer, my design was no LONGER Vector, but a raster image. I typed black words in Designer and they were Vector. When they say Designer is a Vector based equivalent of Illustrator or Inkscape, it seems odd that it doesn't have the basic functionality of being able to trace even a black design into a vector.

Vector tracing traces shape fill as well. 'manually dragging around the vector pen along lines' is not the same as Vector Tracing. So converting from Raster into Vector is a basic function of all other vector based programs. There's no AUTO trace in Affinity Designer (v1 or v2), but you can manually trace ! Logo by Nick (or something like this) has a pretty good tutorial about this on YouTube! Dado que actualmente estoy estudiando una carrera que es de diseño digital, el caracer de este programa en mi portátil me frusta y me dificulta enormemente todos los trabajos y exámenes, por eso quería saber si vais a sacar una actualización que solucione los problemas que está dando Affinity Photo a varios usuarios debido a que ahora se hace imposible trabajar con el mismo, o que solución tengo para tratar de que funcione, porque no se a que más recurrir y estoy bastante desquiciado con el asunto.Just to make things clear for people coming here to read this thread. Tengo todas las actualizaciones de windows instaladas y también he probado a reiniciar el ordenador, ejecutar el instalador como administrador y hacer todo lo que se me ha pasado por la mente, pero no hay manera de hacer que el programa funcione como debería y que sea funcional. Los he tenido que desinstalar varias veces y aunque ahora, 'parece' que el Publisher y el Design funcionan como deberían, es imposible manejar en ningún sentido el Photo, lo único que hace es bloquearse y quedar completamente inútil desde que me descargué la última versión del mismo, y por lo que veo, a varios usuarios más les ha pasado lo mismo. He comprado los tres programas de vuestra compañía y aunque alguna vez me tienen dado problemas, nunca me había pasado algo como esto.
